Why I’m Teaching This

I’ve spent years studying personal growth, mindset, and what actually helps people change — not just feel inspired for a few days. 

And through my own life, I’ve had to figure this out the hard way. 

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once. I’ve faced addiction, anxiety, divorce, and moments where everything I thought my life would be fell apart. 

What I learned through all of it is this: 

Most people aren’t stuck because they’re lazy or unmotivated. 
They’re stuck because there’s a deeper story running underneath their decisions. 

Once you see that story clearly, everything starts to shift. 

That’s the work we’re doing in this room.
